Work

Tools I've built and published, mostly the machinery my own agent-assisted operation runs on. Client work is private; this is the part that isn't.

project-operating-standards How I run every project: one system of hubs, decision records, source custody, and the agent skills that keep it all honest.
peer-review-skill Two models review every spec before I build from it — Codex and Gemini in parallel. A flaw caught in a plan is cheaper than the same flaw in code.
codex-review-skill The single-engine version — Codex reads the doc, I keep what holds up.
codex-peer-review-skill Same review, run from the other side: Codex drives, Claude and Gemini review.
git-proton-backup git push, but the remote is Proton Drive's end-to-end encrypted storage. Backups I don't have to think about.
repo-docs-bootstrap Drops a documentation spine into a new repo before the mess starts.
canvas-ical-to-notion Pulls my kids' school assignments out of Canvas and into Notion so nothing gets missed.
